Fuel Sample Shipping Supplies
BOTTLES MAY NOT BE FILLED OVER THE 1 OZ. FILL LINE AND SHIPPED UNDER EXCEPTION 49 CFR 173.4.
MB 15 – A master Box containing 15 shipper boxes, 30 pre-assembled dividers, 15 flat dividers, and 15 box liners with twist ties, placed in layers of 5 for ease of use. Each layer can house up to 12 bottles, each bottle wrapped with an absorbent pad and placed in a zip lock bag, for a total of 24 samples potentially shipped per box. The MB 15 will allow shipment of a potential total of 360 (2 oz.) sample bottles. The shipper boxes are certified to comply with shipping exception 49CFR 173.4 when instructions are followed.
Each master box will consist of the following:
- 15 Pre-printed shipper boxes with TO: / FROM: on top flap, shipping exception insignia along with box top and bottom folding instructions.
- 30 Preassembled bottle dividers.
- 15 Thick flat divider for separation of layers inside of each shipper box.
- 15 Liner bags and twist ties.
The absorbent pads and zip lock bags will ship with the bottles, and NOT in the master box.
